Oversive will usually ship the order on the same day as the received order. Occasionally, we will temporarily run out of stock due to popular demand. Should this occur, you will receive an update email within one to two business days. Cancellation & Modification
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. Due to our dedication to a quick delivery, once the order is sent to the warehouse for shipment,if the interception is unsuccessful, need to pay 30% of the product price.

Special Order Items
In order to offer you a wide range of products, some items on our website are not typically stocked in our warehouse. These items are usually built-to order and have longer lead time. They may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or brought into our warehouse with our next stock order and then shipped to you.

Please note that all special order items cannot be cancelled and are not returnable.

Clearance Items
Clearance items are typically a returned, refurbished, discontinued, or model closeout item. They have been tested and work according to the manufacturer guidelines. These items are not always packaged in its original package, or may have missing instructions.

Please note that all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
